There has been a build up of trust and rapport which has come from the various projects and initiatives which Eric has helped us with over the years. This includes the likes of our annual strategy review, client relationship management and of course the T&A Leadership and Management Programme.

The cohesion that has come from this is particularly helpful. He is viewed as a sounding board, a facilitator and an advisor who is respected throughout the partnership. Due to all of these aspects we have had no need to go looking for any other consultants to help us.
The recent work to create and support our own T&A Leadership and Management Programme has been a big step forward for us.
